1. Clean the air pump filter core every week;
2. Clean the powder spraying control cam every week. On the take-up chain shaft, the induction cam will lose its periodic accuracy control due to too much dust, so it should be cleaned regularly;
3. Clean the motor and cooling fan monthly;
4. Dredge the powder spray pipe every month, remove it if necessary, use high-pressure air blowing or high-pressure water to rinse, and dredge the powder spraying hole above the take-up machine with a needle;
5. Clean the powder spraying container and agitator every month, pour out all the powder, press the "TEXT" button on the powder sprayer, and the residue in the container will be blown out;
6. Check the wear status of the pump graphite sheet every 6 months;
7. Carry out large-scale maintenance of the pressure air pump every 1 year.
